The ORYZA LAB Boutique (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet at the address www.oryzalab.com. It is open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as “Internet user”). It is published by ORYZA LAB France, SASU registered under the identification number 918 117 672, whose head office is at 16 rue Portalis, 75008 Paris, France. The Site allows ORYZA LAB France to offer for sale cosmetic products and perfumes (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
For the application of these general conditions of sale, it is agreed that the User and ORYZA LAB will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”, and that the User having validated an order will then be referred to as the “Buyer” . The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Buyer.
It is specified that the Products are intended for the personal use of the User, without any direct connection with the latter's professional activity. As such, the User's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that the amount of their order must not exceed the sum of one thousand (1000) euros including tax. The User who would like to purchase on the Site declares to have full legal capacity. Any order for a Product offered on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the User. Validation of the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define, exclusively because of the relationships they establish on the Internet network and only on the Site, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site from France. They determine all the steps necessary to complete an order and ensure the monitoring of this order between the parties.
ORYZA LAB may update these general conditions of sale at any time.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document.
Products
The Products offered for sale by ORYZA LAB are those which appear on the Site, on the day the User consults the Site. Photographs illustrating the Products do not fall within the contractual scope. If they were incorrect, ORYZA LAB cannot be held responsible for this.
The Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability of one of the Products, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible. In the event that the unavailability of a product is noted after validation of the order, the Buyer will have the possibility, within thirty (30) days at the latest after collection, to cancel his order by requesting either the refund of amounts paid, or to exchange the unavailable Product(s), by e-mail to contact@oryzalab.com
ORYZA LAB incurs no liability in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products.
Price – Secure Payment
The prices of the Products are indicated in euros. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices indicated do not take into account packaging and delivery costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the User upon final validation of their order.
ORYZA LAB reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order, subject however to the availability of said products. Products.
It is specified that all payments will be made immediately on the Internet. Unless the server is unavailable, the User can validate their order by Paypal or Credit Card (Blue, Visa, Mastercard). The user will enter their card number, its expiration date, the name of the card holder and the visual cryptogram. Card payment is secure using 3D Secure technology.
ORYZA LAB entrusts the security of its transactions to the service provider Stripe. Payment is thus secure thanks to the Stripe online payment system. Banking data only circulates on the Internet in encrypted form, that is to say they are coded in such a way as to make them completely illegible and are therefore never known or kept by ORYZA LAB.
Order conditions
The Site allows you to order ORYZA LAB Products immediately online via the Internet.
Orders paid by credit card are prepared the same day (working days) if they are registered before 13 p.m., otherwise the following working day.
The orders are then sent by the usual postal services, and in particular by means of the "Colissimo Supérieure" service under which the Post Office undertakes to deliver within 48 hours in Metropolitan France.
In any case, the order will be executed at the latest within thirty (30) days from the day following the validation of the order by the User.
The Products ordered by the Buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the latter on the order form or left at the post office responsible for the delivery address mentioned by the Buyer, in the event of the absence of the recipient of the Products . In the latter scenario, the postman will leave a delivery notice in the recipient's mailbox allowing the parcel to be collected during post office working hours, within fifteen (15) days.
ORYZA LAB therefore declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery time due to postal services, as well as in the event of loss of Products ordered or postal service strikes. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the Buyer. In the event of late delivery, the Buyer must report this delay as quickly as possible to ORYZA LAB customer service, by e-mail addressed to contact@oryzalab.com. ORYZA LAB will then contact the postal services so that an investigation can be carried out. The time required for a postal survey can be long. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the Products ordered will only be transferred to the Buyer upon full payment of the invoiced price, including delivery costs.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Buyer must check the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package, etc.) must be reported by the Buyer on the receipt presented to him by the Post Office at the time of delivery of the package and must be notified to the customer service of ORYZA LAB, by e-mail addressed to contact@oryzalab.com. Any complaint made after a period of 3 days will be rejected and ORYZA LAB will be released from all liability.
ORYZA LAB will not be responsible in the event of loss, sending to the wrong address or late delivery of a product, to the extent that the risks of the transport that the Buyer chooses rest with him.

Shipping times
Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 13 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 13 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 13 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery is by Colissimo within 2 to 3 working days. She is :

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can ORYZA LAB be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to find out their amount from their local customs office.
No Withdrawal Given the nature of the products
To the extent that the products on sale on the Site are not subject to sealing and that no secondary blister pack is used in the packaging for reasons of environmental preservation, the right of withdrawal of the Consumer Code cannot be exercised following an order for products on the Site.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes only apply to non-discounted base prices. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with vouchers. Promotional codes can be used once per Customer account unless otherwise instructed by ORYZA LAB. These codes are not refundable upon exchange.
Limitation of liability
The company ORYZA LAB cannot be held responsible towards third parties in the event of indirect damage, special damage or incidents resulting from negligence, failure or clumsiness on the part of the Buyer, or resulting misuse by the Buyer of one of the products offered for sale on the site www.oryzalab.com. These general conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the Buyer form a contractual whole and constitute the entirety of the contractual relations between the Parties. In the event of a contradiction between these documents, the general conditions of sale will prevail.
Applicable law - Competent jurisdiction
Sales of products from the company ORYZA LAB COMPORTA are subject to Portuguese law regardless of the country of residence of the Buyer and the place where the Order is placed.
