Shipping times
Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 12 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 12 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 12 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.
Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Delivery is by Colissimo within 2 to 3 working days. She is :
- Free for any purchase > 70€
- €4,90 for any purchase < €70
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can ORYZA LAB be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
DOM TOM and International deliveries
International delivery is by Colissimo or Chronopost or Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and free from a certain purchase amount. Costs and times vary depending on destinations.

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to find out their amount from their local customs office.
For all shipments to the United Kingdom,Customs clearance fees for the last mile delivery person are also to be expected for all orders greater than £ 135 (as an example this fee is £12 in the UK).
No Withdrawal Given the nature of the products
To the extent that the products on sale on the Site are not subject to sealing and that no secondary blister pack is used in the packaging for reasons of environmental preservation, the right of withdrawal of the Consumer Code cannot be exercised following an order for products on the Site.
