  It is recommended to perform dry brushing regularly, several times a week for 5-10 minutes.

• What are the contraindications of dry brushing?

  Dry brushing is not recommended for people with sensitive or irritated skin, or skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or rosacea. Also avoid areas with scars and wounds.
  Dry brushing is also not recommended in cases of hyperthyroidism, thrombosis, lymphoma, cancer, heart or kidney failure. In case of pregnancy, we advise you to seek the advice of your doctor.

• Should I apply body care after dry brushing?

  After dry brushing, it is important to shower. Applying a body care product afterwards is not mandatory but recommended if you have dry skin, lacking comfort. In addition, after dry brushing, your skin is more receptive to care. • Is dry brushing a substitute for exfoliation?

  No, dry brushing does not replace exfoliation. They are two techniques with distinct benefits.

  You can use a body scrub occasionally, only on days when you do not use the brush. In fact, it is not recommended to do a scrub and dry brushing at the same time, at the risk of over-sensitizing your skin.
