• When should you use it?

  The Treatment Mist can be used at any time of the day to rehydrate and refresh the skin and strengthen its natural defenses. Also, it is ideal to use it between the different layers of care, because it promotes the penetration of active ingredients. The skin is like a sponge. When it is slightly damp, the treatments and active ingredients penetrate better. It is therefore strongly recommended to apply the Mist before a serum, moisturizer or facial oil, on skin that is still slightly damp. In Asia, women always use a treatment mist in their layering routine, to absorb each layer of treatment without weighing down the skin.

• What is the senolytic alpine rose in Care Mist used for?

  Alpine rose, known as Rhododendron ferrugineum, has senolytic properties. This means that it is capable of neutralizing and destroying unwanted senescent cells, having lost their ability to divide and regenerate normally. This promotes more efficient cell renewal and a more youthful appearance.

• What is the benefit of fermentation for rice water?

  During fermentation, the nutrients in the rice are released and beneficial enzymes are formed, making the rice water more nutritious. Rice water is rich in vitamins E and B, minerals (zinc, iron) and natural antioxidants such as gamma-oryzanol. Fermented rice water goes beyond the nutrients found in rice, because during the fermentation process amino acids, enzymes and peptides are created.

• If I use the treatment mist, do I still need to apply a serum?

  Although the Treatment Mist is very concentrated in active ingredients and is similar to a serum, it complements serums. It helps boost the action of serums and promote better penetration of active ingredients. In addition, there are very interesting synergies between the active ingredients in the treatment mist and serums, for enhanced effectiveness.

• I am a fan of Beauty Oil. Is it compatible with the Treatment Mist?

  Yes quite ! Using a treatment mist before a facial treatment oil is even recommended because the treatment mist promotes oil penetration and allows the skin to absorb the oil and its nutrients, without shine.
